Robert M. Rubenstein

Robert Rubenstein established Rubenstein Law in 1988 after gaining substantial experience in large law firms, where he focused on corporate mergers, acquisitions, and tax law. This foundation equipped him with strong business acumen and negotiation skills, while emphasizing the importance of a client-oriented approach. Since its inception, Rubenstein Law has burgeoned into a firm of over 400 employees, with a presence in Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York. The firm has earned a reputation as a formidable adversary for insurance companies and corporate giants, as evidenced by its clients' successes. Robert is closely involved with the teams of attorneys at each office and prioritizes community engagement, supporting a wide array of causes including the American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen Foundation, MADD, and the Humane Society. Outside the firm, Robert is an avid chess player and was once the editor of Chess Canada, the national chess magazine of Canada. He is authorized to practice before several courts, including the U.S. Court of Claims, and is affiliated with the American Association for Justice, Florida Justice Association as an EAGLE Founder Member, and is a member of Million Dollar Advocates.
