Biography
Howard A. Spier is one of the nation’s premier railroad litigators and has been a part of the team at Rossman, Baumberger, Reboso & Spier, P.A. for nearly 25 years. He’s a former president of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys who has been involved in many high-profile railroad cases, representing injured railroad workers across the country. He also handles a variety of personal injury cases in Miami and throughout Florida and has been named a Super Lawyer by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine and a Top Lawyer by South Florida Legal Guide. A graduate of Albany Law School, Howard is designated legal counsel for the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalment and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
