Adis Lissette Riveron

Adis Riveron has been practicing law since 1994, and maintains a general practice, representing clients in a variety of situations.  She prepares documents to help clients avoid guardianship in the event of mental challenges or decline, but also handles guardianships when they cannot be avoided.  These cases involve the most vulnerable in our society, for whom she advocates zeolously.  She provides estate planning advice and documentation, trying to avoid probate court upon death, but also handles probate cases when necessary.  Adis helps family members navigate the probate court system with compassion and professionalism, understanding that the death of a loved one is one of the most difficult times in a person's life.  She also represents clients who own small businesses.  That area of her practice involves preparing a wide array of documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, shareholder, membership, and partnership agreements, as well as other documents necessary to make sure that business relationships function as smoothly as possible.  It also involves preparing complex commercial leases, necessary for doing business.  Adis is committed to her clients and gives them the personal attention that they deserve.
