We used Robert a few times for a family member. What I learned is that his level of accomplishment is around 20% or less. The only time I saw any relentless action was getting the advance fee from the family but afterwards, he does not communicate and in fact just always takes the plea deal offer...ed to get the case done but no other work involved. I would definitely recommend getting another attorney if you want someone to look out for your better interests and the ability to achieve.
