Brian Michael Rokaw

Brian M. Rokaw maintains a law practice in Coral Gables, Florida focusing on real estate, debt settlement, business and entertainment law. Brian has been working in the mortgage industry in both legal and non-legal capacities since 2003. During that time he has assisted hundreds of clients in all aspects of real property ownership – from financing and title issues to foreclosure defense/prevention and landlord/tenant disputes. Brian has negotiated workout agreements with every major lender/servicing company and has worked directly with the legal departments at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to ensure that his clients’ rights are properly defended.

Brian, a native Floridian, earned his J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law and his B.S. in Communication with a Minor in Business at Florida State University. Brian is an active member of the University of Miami Law Alumni Association, several networking organizations, and South Florida Club Sport. In his spare time, Brian has a passion for Miami Hurricanes athletics and his hobbies include playing co-ed softball and flag football, golfing, attending sporting events, cooking on the BBQ, and spending time with his family.

Brian and his wife Gabriella currently reside in Coral Gables with their 2 sons, Sebastian and Andrew.
