Not likely they have to because you took title subject to lis pendens. Might be best to contact the bank and advise them of the title change.

If you think the judge is biaed, your remedy is not to change venue. You need to file a motion to disqualify the judge for his/her bias.

Liens survive bankruptcy. You don't personally owe the money but the lien against the property remains.
