This lawyer actually deserves zero stars, because she did NOTHING for us. Let me explain to be objective. We came for a consult in August with my husband, let all his papers, paid for the consult 100$ and we were promised that Mrs Roffe is gonna call us back within a week to let us know her opinion a...bout the case after she sees the papers. Today is November 26!! We’ve been calling her and she never answered the calls, until we called from the unknown number, we’ve been texting her (because before meeting with her we were discussing the consult date via messages as well) and she never replied our messages for more than 3 months. Obviously she didn’t call us as was promised as well. Neither within a week nor within 3 months. After all this time we managed to reach her by call from another phone number. And all she said - I can’t help in this case. And that we can come for the documents tomorrow. I understand that she couldn’t help, but AT LEAST for 100$ that she took she HAD to call and let us know about this. We tried to ask for the money refund but we were told it’s impossible. NEVER start any business with this “lawyer”. It’s just lack of respect, professionalism and simply it’s fraud. I have no idea who is writing all that 5 star reviews but I will send my review to any possible web site!
