Biography
Philip D. Parrish is Board Certified in Civil Appeals by the FBLS. He has over 250 published opinions in areas of the law ranging from admiralty to real estate litigation, copyright infringement, catastrophic personal injury, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, arbitration and insurance coverage.
Mr. Parrish graduated from Randolph-Macon College in 1982, Phi Beta Kappa, and from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1985. He is admitted to practice before Florida State Courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida; The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
