An angel from above and a life saver

Beaten down, in a messy divorce about to lose potentially full custody of my son due to an equally highly talented lawyer of my ex, financially on the ropes and with no where else to go - I was recommended Kenneth from a friend who she had just been through a messy divorce. Hands shaking, heart racin...g, I finally called his office and he answered immediately. That day changed my life. He said to me to come into his office immediately even though it was the end of the day. He took a 10 minute review of my case, picked out all the errors within moments of the case paperwork on both sides - told me exactly what to do and what not to do, what to say and not what to say and he would handle the rest. He delivered on his promise at a very fair fee and fast forward 3 months the divorce is final and he did exactly what he promised me. He is unorthodox, however that is what you need when you up against the wall of another high profile lawyer. Kenneth thank you for saving my life, for saving me, and getting me what I wanted. Forever indebted in this great man - a true father figure to me. His support group of Andrea and Evelyn that I worked with are equal stars and I am very thankful to them too!

Narcissist

Worst experience. Greedy for money. Had an agreement for 2000 bucks for my case and ended up paying more than 6500 bucks and case was lost. My ex took injunction against me based on false accusations and I kept on asking him to defend me in court as I had enough evidences to prove myself innocent. In...stated of listening to me, he ended up me accepting indefinite injunction in court. The other party was a free legal aid attorney who did better then him. I went off lot of suffering and it was a horrible experience. Ultimately state investigated the case and I provided them evidence of my innocence and they agreed and dismissed the allegations against me. I asked him to at least represent me in court for dismissal of injunction as I prove my self innocent to the state and they dismissed the grounds of injunction after 3 years. He asked me another fee of 1500 bucks. This man has no soul or shame.

My children are my world my purpose my everything I couldn’t imagine going through life or even another day with out them and thanks to this attorney not the other two that ripped me of by using me and my case and my family’s money as leverage, Kenneth was honest and heartfelt mainly for the best int...erest of my three beautiful daughters 12,10, and 3 and not only achieved the best outcome but even better then hoped for! My princesses will forever be grateful and happy spending time with their Dad and that thankfully thats me Michael Davis!

Stay Away

I hired Mr. Kaplan as my third attorney, what a mistake, after 1.5 years he left in such bad situation hard to believe. He is quick to cash your money, lost of barking and talking almost zero results. I should have known when he did not allow me to explain the case during the first consulting. He lik...e to hear himself. Later, my ex fictitiously increased the recoup times from 96 days to 216 !! and he did not say a word! He did not even talk to me about it in advance, having received the list of the "lost" days. The motions were always filled with errors, not only spelling!, his staff is overworked he has no consideration whatsoever!! He was recommended to me by a friend whose daughter and law and sons were his clients, two of us run away lighter of a ton of money and few if at all results, the other one had to learn law in order to keep Mr. Kaplan doing his job. If he gets mentioned just run away!

Excellent Attorney

Ken Kaplan is effective, assertive, and eloquent. It is imperative to hire a skilled and experienced attorney, especially in difficult family law cases like mine. Ken had dealt with copious and frivolous motions filed by opposing counsel. My abusive ex, despite being discharged from the United States... Coast Guard for rape and abuse charge after serving his prison sentence for his stalking conviction, has been using the family courts system to senselessly and vindictively litigate. Ken has deftly dealt with each motion and helped ease the turmoil of an already difficult divorce situation, always keeping the interest of the minor child in the case at the forefront. Additionally, he has worked to minimize unnecessary costs. Ken’s impeccable ethics, legal acumen, and steadfast resolve to garner the best possible outcomes for his clients make him an ideal choice for legal representation for difficult cases like mine, and less complicated cases alike.
