Let me begin by saying, I am truly impressed with how professional Mr. Kaplan is. He is great at what he does. He is always available to speak with me when ever I need him. I hired Mr. Kaplan as my third attorney, what a mistake, after 1.5 years he left in such bad situation hard to believe. He is quick to cash your money, lost of barking and talking almost zero results. I should have known when he did not allow me to explain the case during the first consulting. He lik...e to hear himself. Later, my ex fictitiously increased the recoup times from 96 days to 216 !! and he did not say a word! He did not even talk to me about it in advance, having received the list of the "lost" days. The motions were always filled with errors, not only spelling!, his staff is overworked he has no consideration whatsoever!!
