Kenneth Kaplan

Mr. Kaplan is all bark, no bite. He tells you what you want to hear but then takes little significant action. He was late to a hearing scheduled by his office. His work/staff's work had serious errors in it from day one including the wrong county/court, wrong use of hers/his, causing me to review a...nd correct several times each document. He over billed me for tens of hours requiring me to go back into my cell phone records to set the invoice straight...every single time. Back in April, 2014, while in my hometown in Central America, I needed a Family Law Attorney to take my adoption case in Miami, Florida. I visited the equivalent office of the Children and Family where one of the Social Workers provided me with Mr. Kaplan's full name.
