Attorney J.P. Gonzalez-Sirgo is a former insurance claims adjuster and before launching his law practice in 1994 worked for a prominent insurance defense law firm in Miami. Since 1994, he has focused his practice on protecting the rights of victims of medical malpractice, hospital malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death and fighting for the rights of Florida insurance policyholders, consumers and small businesses. J.P. holds an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available to lawyers. The firm has recovered millions of dollars for claimants and victims of denied or underpaid insurance claims, victims of catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death and on behalf of those that have been taken advantage of by Big Business and Big Insurance.
