Erwin Alexander Acle

I concentrate my practice on guardianships and insurance property damage litigation. My experience also includes representing clients in property damage and personal injury lawsuits. I actively participate in all aspects of guardianships and litigation (hearings, appraisals, mediations, trials, appeals, etc.).

I received a J.D. in 2006 from the University of Miami School of Law and finished in the top 10 percent of the Trial Litigation Skills Program. I received a B.A. from the University of Florida in 2003.

I have received an A/V Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest rating level awarded to attorneys. Additionally, I have been named a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star for the past six consecutive years. This is an award which no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Florida receive.

I have worked with numerous charitable organizations including the Down Syndrome Association of Miami, University of Miami Center for Autism and Related Disabilities, Camillus House and The Church of the Epiphany. I also donate my legal services to various schools that teach children with disabilities.  I also served on the committee for the Bids for Kids event held annually by the Dade County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
