Israel Sands

I enlisted the legal services of Israel Sands, when I learned the trustee of an irrevocable trust that I was a beneficiary of, was violating every statute possible. I had previously consulted with another attorney, and he wanted to head directly to court, with both guns drawn and blazing. Mr. Sand...s suggested a less aggressive approach. This did not surprise me, because I had discerned when reading his website, that he believes relationships are important. Family members are often at odds with one other, over a variety of issues, but nothing constructive results from ramping up any existing suspicion or animosity. Mere knowledge of the law is not sufficient in obtaining constructive results. The demeanor of the attorney(s) involved plays a crucial factor. The phrase “a gentleman and a scholar” might be cliche, but if that phrase were in a dictionary, you would assuredly find Israel’s photo above it. Once everything was put back together again, like it should be, according to the original trust, Israel Sands remained diligent in responding to whatever query and/or assistance I might have requested of him. If he was involved in a court case, or occupied with composing a brief, he would, without fail, shoot me back a quick acknowledgement of the receipt of my email, informing me he would get back with me with a more detailed reply at the earliest moment possible. While seemingly a trivial thing, such courtesy is often lacking these days, regardless of the person's profession. I consider Israel Sands to not only to be an extremely competent and effective attorney in his specific field, but I even think of him now as a friend.
