Biography
Mr. Ward previously did extensive international work, and later held executive positions with Bank of America, KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick), and The Merrill Lynch Private bank. After working in finance for a number of years, Mr. Ward returned to school for his law degree, and then furthered his law education with a postgraduate law degree (LL.M.) in Estate Planning with considerable emphasis on tax issues, multi-generational issues, and Medicaid/Medi-Cal eligibility issues for elders.
Mr. Ward is also a Certified Senior Advisor, and worked in both Elder Law and Estate Planning in Florida before returning to California to open his own law practice.
