I HAD GOTTEN TICKETS IN MIAMI BEACH THE CITATIONS HAD TAKEN SOME TIME TO GET A COURT DATE APPOINTED SO I WAS A BIT WORRIED BUT THE GIRLS AT THE OFFICE KEPT ASSURING ME THAT THIS WAS A NORMAL PROCEDURE. ONCE I RECIEVED THE FIRST NOTIFICATION FOR COURT I QUICKLY RECIEVED A SECOND NOTIFICATION AND THEN ...RECIEVED THE LETTER FROM THE ATTORNEY SAYING THE CASES WERE DISMISSED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THESE RESULTS BECUASE I COULD HAVE WELL SPENT OVER $700 PAYING THESE TICKETS AND ASSESSING POINTS ON MY LICENCE. THE ATTONEY CHARGED ME A FRACTION OF THE TICKETS I DIDNT HAVE TO GO ANYWHERE AND GOT THE BEST RESULTS. EVER SINCE I HAVE RECOMMENDED MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHICH HAVE ALSO GOTTEN GREAT RESULTS FROM THIS OFFICE.

This law office is the worst especially if you live elsewhere. It seems as though they never answer the phone and if you do get someone they always have the same answer "No Court Date Yet" Unbelivable!!!! 3 years now and I still have no court date. I do not live in Miami and when you hire a lawyer to... handle a situation like this you would like to be able to contact them to find out a status. To this day I still wonder if I am able to drive in florida. this is not fair and completely irresponsible.

I hired this lawyer to represent me in a speeding infraction and the ticket was dropped. Obviously this happy outcome had to do with the fact that the police officer did not show up (Mr. McLaughlin himself mentioned that whether or not I had to pay court costs depended on the officer's appearance in ...court), but it's not a good idea to go to court on your own for speeding tickets. He has an excellent reputation among cab drivers in Miami Beach.
