I stand up for my clients' rights in the courtroom and at the negotiating table to achieve the best outcome for my clients. I have a deep-rooted dedication to seeking justice for my clients. I have successfully guided, advised, and represented individuals in challenging legal situations. 

I have over a decade of experience developing creative and dynamic approaches to obtain successful outcomes at trial or through settlement for individuals and companies. A tenacious litigator, I am skilled at building productive working relationships with clients and opposing parties to reach clients' desired goals and results. I was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and raised in Austin, Texas. I am fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese. I have also applied my skills and experiences to previous work in the area of business immigration, as well as served as an intern for Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. I am a former competitive rugby player and bring my energetic attitude to the courtroom.
