I hired Dorothea to handle my trademark design, and she left the firm and Ms. Brown took over my application, which was fine. After one year we received notice from the trademark attorney in DC that we needed to make a change, which Ms. Brown followed up with me to submit. However, Ms. Brown never f...iled it. In March 2023, I received a letter stating the application had been abandoned, I followed up with Ms. Brown several times and she never corrected the issue and then stopped responding completely. I hired another trademark attorney, and he said we only had 12 business days to file the revision or it would be permanently abandoned. Thankfully, I found him, and have submitted the revision. I want my money back, over $1800 from Ms. Brown and she said she would send me half, which I never received and have never received any additional correspondence, and I am filing a formal complaint.

I hired this group in 2021 of December to perform trademark services. I was told it could take up to a year which is fine. I got emails and up-to-date information for the first few months which was great after that. I got an email that it needed to transfer to another attorney because that one left W...hich was fine I thought everything was good few months ago I get another email about switching it again which was fine with me then I start getting emails and calls from lawyers asking for more money to finish the job that they were supposed to do I called the receptionist had the owner called me she explained to me she’s going out of business and would personally help me I sent her over the few things that they needed and she disappeared. I’ve been trying to get a hold of her for a month horrible services, horrible customer service you collect the money and run. She should be arrested.

I was ghosted by a company who deals with inventions, patents &ect. It had been months of aggravation, waiting around for a return on my phone calls and e-mails. This January, I received an e-mail informing me of the collapse of the company I had hired to complete my project. the e-mail came from ...Ms. Joycelyn Brown. I e-mailed her back to set up a phone meeting and in a few hours, I had a reply and a time for our phone call. During our conversation, I was able to receive answers about my project and what steps to take to help complete my process. These have been answers I have been waiting for from the closed company for MONTHS! Ms. Joycelyn is taking the time out of her life to contact us individuals who have been wronged. It is not her responsibility to do any of this for us but she has gone above and beyond to provide an OUTSTANDING and UNSELFISH service.
