Originally from Montreal, Canada, Stephanie Avitan is a Senior Corporate Attorney at EPGD Law. Stephanie assists domestic and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private offerings, corporate formation, corporate governance, and contract drafting.
Stephanie earned her Civil Law degree from the University of Ottawa, where she worked as the Pro Bono program coordinator for the Civil Law Faculty recruiting and matching non-profit organizations with lawyers and students on various legal projects.
After moving to Florida, Stephanie earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List every semester and graduated Cum Laude. Stephanie is a member of the American Bar Association and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, where she currently serves as Co-Chair of the Young Professionals’ Committee.
