Hello, My family purchased a restaurant a few months ago in Hialeah. A person with disabilities came to the restaurant and said he felt discriminated because the bathroom was not ADA compliance so he sued us. Our case was quite complex because it involved our landlord in the lawsuit and we were expose to future liability so the landlord could suit is later around.
