Will ignore all of your emails and charge you for each email asking for status of your requests. She may act calm and smart, but literally does whatever she wants. Does not do as she agrees in discussions with you, ignores simple requests like requesting additional time for meeting, requesting certai...n attendees and has discussions making decisions with school contrary to your wants. Basically the same equivalent treatment by the public school system, but at a high price. I would not recommend her at all. I hired her a second time based solely on the school bullying me and acting like they did not remember first meetings discussions. Should have hired someone else. Despite lengthy parent notes and her review following meeting, she suddenly had no recall, despite everything being well documented and discussed extensively in email.

Where can I begin…. Ms. Langer knows education law! So many attorneys advertise that they practice education law and know how to deal with a problem school but when you ask detailed questions about their plan, they have no clue. Ms. Langer provided us with a detailed plan and fixed a problem we exper...ienced with the school for years in only MONTHS!!! The school is now doing what they are required to do and helping our child. Thank you so much Ms. Langer for caring!!!

Ms. Langer was hired by a close family member to help with several issues we were having with a school with regards to his child’s education. I witnessed firsthand during a school meeting the level of incompetency the school displayed. As a current grade schoolteacher (at another school), I was shock...ed how the school staff displayed uncaring attitudes and were confused on how to address all the child’s issues and the parents’ concerns.
