I am known for helping my clients to amicably resolve their family disputes because I am committed to resolving divorce and other family law issues in the least adversarial way possible. I am a leader in Florida and nationally in helping clients to stay out of court and to resolve their family matters respectfully, privately and maturely without causing unecessary damage to their children and without incurring unnecessary fees for professionals.

I advocate for the best interests of the entire family by applying my skills in Collaborative Law, mediation and direct negotiation to assist clients to attain agreements and stay out of court.

My associate and I manage complicated financial cases, including the evaluation and division of property. When children are involved, we ensure that their needs are the highest priority. I also prepare a large number of prenuptial agreements every year. Whether representing professionals, executives, athletes, people in the entertainment industry or their spouses, I work best with clients looking for a private, mature, efficient way of divorcing that does not perpetuate destruction.
