Known and used by family for 15 years

Me and my family have used Rick on numerous occasions. He represented my family as my father and brother bought out my uncle from the family business. During mediation he was smart, efficient and effective. He represented me in a matter with my exwife. In court he was significantly better prepared t...han the other attorney. The matter was settled in my favor. Lastly he just completed all of my dad´s estate, will, power of attorney, etc. documents. We hit a snag during the process and he provided a simple yet elegant solution. I also know him on a personal basis. He is hard working, intelligent, dedicated and fights hard for his clients. I highly recommend him.

Richard Schurr was my second and final attorney representing me with my divorce. I highly recommend and would use again and again

I was two years into my divorce when I thankfully met Rick. After so much time and money lost to the wrong divorce attorney, Rick stepped in and expeditiously brought the most horrible experience of my life to an end. Rick is very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the needs of my family. H...e sorted through all financial, business and psychological issues relating to my divorce.
