Strategic, knowledgeable, competent

Past attorneys simply “followed suit” so to speak. Rick used his legal knowledge to stop two years of post divorce litigation caused by my highly litigious ex-husband. Rick, Bonnie, & his team successfully won a Motion for Judgement on the Pleadings which caused my ex’s Petition to Modify our divor...ce agreement to be dismissed! This saved my children from being further bitten from dogs during my ex’s timeshare, amongst other things. Rick continues to represent me in a child support modification where my ex is playing games every step of the way. This does not deter Rick and his team. Other attorneys were simply incompetent and do not hold a candle to Rick’s knowledge and experience.

Honesty, Integrity, and Compassion

Needless to say, needing representation for family matters is a very sensitive situation. The level of honesty, integrity, and above all compassion, in which Richard Schurr and Bonnie Sack treated my family and I, went way above and beyond the call of duty. They were there for me every step and they ...genuinely cared for my family. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a family law attorney.

A Great Experience all Around

Rick became co-counsel a year into my divorce to help represent me during the trial due to an asset complication and, later, during the appeals which spanned another four years. He was very knowledgeable, perceptive and cool under pressure. He and his attorney-wife made a great team together coveri...ng the different aspects of the divorce, each bringing their own strengths to the table. He was very approachable, easy to talk to and always available, especially during the difficult times. I always felt like he really cared about my case and its best possible outcome. I highly recommend him.
