Ralph George Patino

Ralph G. Patino is the managing shareholder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Patino & Associates, P.A. Mr. Patino has successfully led the firm in achieving more than one hundred multimillion dollar jury awards and settlements. As such, he is a member of the Million Dollar Verdict Club. 

As a graduate of the University of Miami and St. Thomas University Law school, he is rated AV “Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubell and has been honored by his peers at the American Justice Association with the James L. Sharp award for the Pursuit of Public Justice. Mr. Patino is one of a handful of products liability attorneys credited for the prompting of a massive recall of over 6.5 million Firestone ATX Wilderness tires after proving to Federal agencies (NHTSA) that they were defective. As a result of this work, he was chosen to lead the pack as a steering committee member and finance chair of the largest multi-district litigation group ever assembled in U.S. history. 

In response to his leadership roles in national issues, as well as his involvement with products liability cases which protect the public, Mr. Patino has been featured by both American and Hispanic television media including, Good Morning America, CNN, The Today Show, Despierta America, Al Rojo Vivo and others. National publications have also featured Mr. Patino such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Automotive Weekly, and the Miami Herald. 

Mr. Patino participates philanthropically within the South Florida Community as a director in organizations such as the Miami Symphony Orchestra, the Mourning Family Foundation and the Gusman Center for the Performing Arts.

Lastly, Mr. Patino has politically involved himself with social issues for the betterment of the public at large, consistent with his practice of law. He is currently a member of the Democratic National Finance Committee and a Trustee for the Florida Democratic Party.
