Ahlo was the unknowing victim on an online "phishing" or "Trojan horse" sche ... me, after an Internet cyber scammer planted a keystroke logging malware software program known as coreflood on his computer for the purpose of gaining access to the confidential user name and password for his corporate bank account. The Bank initially refused to return the funds following Mr. Lopez’s pleas for help. He then turned to the Miami area personal injury and bank fraud law firm of Patino & Associates, which achieved a successful resolution for the client after filing a lawsuit in Miami Dade Circuit Court.
