Paul A Bravo

I am the founder of a small law firm specializing in real estate and litigation, including both civil and criminal trials and appeals. I was born and raised in Miami and went to Christopher Columbus High School where I played football and ran track. I also went to Florida International University where I studied economics and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. And I went to law school at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where I graduated cum laude and in the top 15% of my class. After graduating in 2006, I moved back to Miami where I've practiced law ever since. 

During my relatively short career I've represented Fortune 500 companies, national banks, condominium associations, small and mid-sized businesses, and individuals facing all kinds of professional and personal legal issues, including criminal charges. I've practiced in large and medium sized law firms and have served as general counsel for several businesses, including a successful real estate investment firm. So although most of my cases are real estate related, I still handle all types of commercial and criminal cases from inception through trial and appeal. Lately, my appellate practice has been growing particularly fast. Since I wrote my first appellate brief in May of 2014, I've authored over 25 appellate briefs on the merits and I've appeared as lead counsel in nearly two dozen appeals, including a historically significant statute of limitations case pending in the Supreme Court of Florida and is scheduled for oral argument on October 6, 2015.
