Very good MSB expert

Splendid personality

I have been coordinating personally with Mr. Maldondo for quite some time. I have found him very cooperative and the best thing is he explains in details and also understands the requirements. I am quite comfortable working with him.

Carrier threaten small VoIP company

Mr. Maldonado help me with a case where a carrier was charging my company a wrongful termination fraud that it did not go through our companies servers or IPs. The carrier threaten our small VoIP business to disconnect their service and leave our subscribers with no service. Mr. Maldonado was very p...ersistent and determined to demonstrate the carrier the fraud was not from our company. After a 6 months of Mr. Maldonado 's meetings with the carrier and difficult negotiations he could prove the fraud was not from our company and the carrier took the fraud out of our account and the risk of loosing our business . I recommend Mr. Maldonado for solving any issues related to Telecommunication services , and I am grateful for his help.
