Diana Cluff is a Florida attorney with more than 15 years of experience representing individuals, businesses, municipalities, and other organizations in litigation, real estate, and business matters. Her litigation experience spans complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, real estate litigation, probate and trust disputes, professional malpractice, premises liability and negligent security, personal injury, maritime matters, and insurance-related claims. She has litigated extensively in both Florida state and federal courts and has negotiated hundreds of settlements, in addition to her trial and appellate experience, including an affirmed decision from a federal appellate court.
