Carollle and Nicol are a great team. Starting from a Wonderfull customer service, replaying to all the e-mail, phone call, and very quickly, so you never feel you are on your own!! On the legal side, they had take my DV case, and fought for it every single step. They are very knowledgeable, accurate ...and precise with they answer they gave you. It took more than one year, due to covid and a tough prosecutor, but at the end we got what we were looking for, no jail time, A withhold of adjudication and the minimum of probation. Thank you!!

During the midst of the pandemic, My son was wrongfully accused with 5 criminal counts and one being a possible PBL (punishable by life) - approximately a 30 year sentence. Ms. El-Naffy as co-counsel w was able to negotiate a bond and my son was released under house arrest. Within a year or less the ...team took the victim’s deposition, crushed the false accusations and victim to the ground and got ALL charges dropped without even probation and my son is now a free man and able to leave it all behind thanks be to God and our amazing legal team. I need to add that the team’s paralegal always made herself available regardless of the day and time of the week. I’ll endlessly be thankful!

Carolle is absolutely amazing and dedicated. She treated this case like it was one of her loved one’s freedom at stake. She answered every question I had and kept my family and I informed through the entire process. The charges my brother is up against is the worst possible, but with her and the team... they give up hope. They were able to get my brother bail from being on the case less than a year, and previous lawyers who’ve had this case for 3 years weren’t able to do.
