We all know insurance companies never want to pay out a claim. Some companies are definitely worse than others. I researched to find not only a successful law firm that won its cases but also a firm that had great communication with its clients. Bryn is excellent at her job. I hired her from the very... beginning instead of at the appeal level because I knew the laws governing the appeal could mean that if I forgot documents in the initial claim, they might not be able to be added later. I am so glad I did! That insurance company was brutal!! So much so that they denied my first claim… and I say this not to minimize Bryn’s efforts, but to show that even with a lawyer, I was still denied the first time… so having one at the very beginning, I believe is an absolute must! Just like Social Security, insurance claims like to deny your first claim so you give up… Hiring Bryn removed all of the stress, the deadlines, the filing, the direct questions from the insurance company and its doctors… having Bryn on my side, literally saved my mental health through this process. The insurance company tried redirects, tried to contact my doctors offices directly instead of her, tried to delay decisions and get special exemptions… nope, Bryn wasn’t having any of that! From the first time I inquired about my possible case to the end (which ended very well) I was IMMEDIATELY impressed with Bryn. This chic means business, okay? She will fight for you, just do your part. I found her to be extremely communicative, brilliant in her understanding of the law but also wa...rm and approachable...which I personally appreciated.
