We all know insurance companies never want to pay out a claim. Some companies are definitely worse than others. I researched to find not only a successful law firm that won its cases but also a firm that had great communication with its clients. Bryn is excellent at her job. I hired her from the very... beginning instead of at the appeal level because I knew the laws governing the appeal could mean that if I forgot documents in the initial claim, they might not be able to be added later. I am so glad I did! That insurance company was brutal!! So much so that they denied my first claim… and I say this not to minimize Bryn’s efforts, but to show that even with a lawyer, I was still denied the first time… so having one at the very beginning, I believe is an absolute must!
