Brittany Lauren Quintana

Brittany Quintana is the founding Partner of Quintana Law, PA. Quintana Law provides Florida commercial and residential property owners representation against insurers in first-party property and bad faith liability actions. Quintana Law also offers representation to local mitigation and remediation companies seeking to recover insurance proceeds from insurance carriers for services provided to protect their insureds' real and personal property. In addition, Quintana Law offers compassion and zealous advocacy to its clients in the areas of general civil litigation, family law, and dependency law.

Prior to establishing Quintana Law, PA, Ms. Quintana obtained extensive experience representing both insurers and insureds in the state of Florida. Ms. Quintana practiced as a litigation attorney with a large national firm in the areas of first and third-party insurance defense, bad faith liability, negligent security, commercial litigation, general negligence cases, and family law. While in private practice, she focused on commercial litigation, personal injury matters, and all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including evaluation of claims for settlement to insurance carriers, providing insurance coverage opinions, and providing opinions regarding potential bad faith exposure. Ms. Quintana is also a former state of Florida trial attorney for the Department of Children and Families and an acting attorney ad litem who has tried over 15 dependency and termination of parental rights cases.

Ms. Quintana received her Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University School of Law in Washington, DC in May of 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from the University of Florida in 2009. Ms. Quintana is license to practice law in Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
