Jacquie and her team never faltered to help me navigate the waters of my divorce and to work on safeguarding my child. She and her team are patient and responsive to all my questions. They provide direction and wonderful guidance. Empathic, direct, smart, sharp, responsive, responsible, ethical, ...sensitive, diligent, and professional are just some of the adjectives I would use to characterize Jacquie and people she chooses to work beside her. A very solid team. I count us very fortunate to have Jacquie advocating for my daughter and me.

Jacquie handled my dissolution of marriage. I was divorcing my doctor husband of 20+ years. She and her staff were wonderful. I was lost when I came to her, but through the process she was fair, informative, caring and guided me through a very difficult time. I could not have done this without he...r. I interviewed a lot of lawyers but chose her because I knew she was the right lawyer for me. I strongly recommend her.

Although Jacqueline Valdespino displays plagues all over her office boasting her "Super Lawyer" status, don't be fooled. Valdespino & Associates is by far the most apathetic and indifferent group of people I have ever worked with. Their lack of follow-through and lack of providing a clear strategy &... plan regarding my case verged on negligence. It appeared that they dragged my divorce on and on out of either complete indifference toward my case or quite possibly to rack up legal fees (or both). I frequently had to edit and revise legal documents poorly written by her only associate, Rand Lieber, for spelling, grammar, and/or content mistakes. Furthermore, how frustrating it was to have to make frequent calls/ e-mails to make certain matters were being followed-through on their end! The name "Valdespino & Associates" has now become a term in my household for someone who does their job poorly and makes it obvious that they just don't care.
