Jacqueline Marie Valdespino

From consultation I knew Jacquie and I would work well together. Her tenacity, ethics, and overall guidance made the worst experience of my life the best it could be! Her team is awesome. They kept me organized, informed, and had the knowledge to answer most questions in the rare occasion that Jacqui...e was not available. My daughter is now 5 years old and I still Jacquie pictures because I owe the relationship I have with my daughter to Jacquie’s relentless pursuit to allow me to be the father I wanted to be!

Jacquie and her entire team were a blessing during a difficult time. Her team was humbling, as well as extremely professional and patient when explaining court processes, procedures, and options. There was never a moment when I felt unsure about what was going on which I appreciated beyond measure. F...rom the very first meeting with her I valued her honesty and fighting stance, she wasn’t just in my corner supporting me during the divorce, she was ensuring that I got the best possible outcome at the end of the case. I don’t imagine divorces to be easy for anyone, but Jacquie and her team succeeded in making it a less horrible experience lol. I don’t think I’d ever get married again and then divorced but if it were ever to happen Jacquie would be the first person I contact. Her brilliant team and work ethic are beyond efficient and productive. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who finds themselves in need of a divorce. Jacquie doesn’t just fight for you, it feels like she’s fighting with you. It’s that minor difference that makes her presence and assistance all the more worthwhile.

Although Jacqueline Valdespino displays plagues all over her office boasting her "Super Lawyer" status, don't be fooled. Valdespino & Associates is by far the most apathetic and indifferent group of people I have ever worked with. Their lack of follow-through and lack of providing a clear strategy &... plan regarding my case verged on negligence. It appeared that they dragged my divorce on and on out of either complete indifference toward my case or quite possibly to rack up legal fees (or both). I frequently had to edit and revise legal documents poorly written by her only associate, Rand Lieber, for spelling, grammar, and/or content mistakes. Furthermore, how frustrating it was to have to make frequent calls/ e-mails to make certain matters were being followed-through on their end! The name "Valdespino & Associates" has now become a term in my household for someone who does their job poorly and makes it obvious that they just don't care.
