Jacquie and her entire team were a blessing during a difficult time. Her team was humbling, as well as extremely professional and patient when explaining court processes, procedures, and options. There was never a moment when I felt unsure about what was going on which I appreciated beyond measure. F...rom the very first meeting with her I valued her honesty and fighting stance, she wasn’t just in my corner supporting me during the divorce, she was ensuring that I got the best possible outcome at the end of the case. I don’t imagine divorces to be easy for anyone, but Jacquie and her team succeeded in making it a less horrible experience lol. I don’t think I’d ever get married again and then divorced but if it were ever to happen Jacquie would be the first person I contact. Jacquie handled my dissolution of marriage. I was divorcing my doctor husband of 20+ years. She and her staff were wonderful. Although Jacqueline Valdespino displays plagues all over her office boasting her "Super Lawyer" status, don't be fooled. Valdespino & Associates is by far the most apathetic and indifferent group of people I have ever worked with. Their lack of follow-through and lack of providing a clear strategy &... plan regarding my case verged on negligence. It appeared that they dragged my divorce on and on out of either complete indifference toward my case or quite possibly to rack up legal fees (or both). I frequently had to edit and revise legal documents poorly written by her only associate, Rand Lieber, for spelling, grammar, and/or content mistakes. Furthermore, how frustrating it was to have to make frequent calls/ e-mails to make certain matters were being followed-through on their end! The name "Valdespino & Associates" has now become a term in my household for someone who does their job poorly and makes it obvious that they just don't care.
