I am a client of Mr. Emmanouil. I have dealt with many attorneys in the last 20 years, but Mr. Emmanouil is by far the best Attorney and Mediator in South Florida. He is not just incredibly intelligent, but he is also very gifted because he knows how to settle cases. Many attorneys keep your case ...going for a long time so that they can generate more attorney's fees, but Mr. Emmanouil pushes for a settlement as soon as possible. In a recent mediation that I had, even though Mr. Emmanouil was my attorney, he did a better job of settling the case than even the mediator! This is because Mr. Emmanouil is also a very successful mediator, so he uses his experience as a mediator to settle my disputes as my Attorney. It s...eems that many attorneys in the large firms either practice commercial litigation or corporate law, but never both, and they are seemingly always in different departments on different floors that hardly ever communicate with each other. On the other hand, Mr. Emmanouil practices both litigation and corporate law extensively, which is a notable benefit. For example, in his corporate law capacity, Mr. Emmanouil can negotiate and create a complex contract. Then, if there is ever a dispute, then Mr. Emmanouil can also litigate that dispute having full knowledge of both the contract and the circumstances surrounding the contract given that he negotiated and drafted it. Although a very social and personable person outside of the courtroom, Mr. Emmanouil can be a very aggressive and cut-throat attorney in the Courtroom when the circumstances call for it.
