Dealing with Tammy was a very good experience. I had been in the U.S. for a great deal of time unlawfully, while my asylum application was pending. My wife obtained her residence through employment and I had to leave the country to get my immigrant visa. Tammy explained to me exactly what would happe...n and that I would be delayed at the consulate at least 6 months. When the Consulate wasn't responsive, she didn't give up. She stayed on top of my case and I never felt stranded though I was alone, without my wife, in a country far away. I did get my visa and returned to the U.S. thanks to Tammy. Dealing with her restored my confidence in the legal profession. She is honest and tells you the way it really is, even if you don't like it, you can't fault her for that. It is refreshing.

I went to see this lawyer because I was interested in opening a branch of my Brazilian company. I didn't expect the thorough review of my business and the considerations that would go into operating a business in the U.S. that I got. Watching Tammy was almost other worldly. As she talked to me, she ...was answering questions from assistants, glancing at emails, and responding to my questions, at the same time as she was typing a list of documents I would need. I wondered what the list would look like, since she was in 5 places at the same time- and to my surprise, she didn't miss a beat. I feel that I got the most thorough review of my situation.
