If I hire a lawyer and especially someone like her whom you are paying a lot for service I expect every single question to be answered and answered in detail. Tammy behaves as if she is doing you a favor by working on the case, I hired her for EB5 and not only is she disrespectful but she is downrigh...t rude to your face! Would never recommend her and clearly will never work with her again.

I've had a few experiences with different attorneys, who I felt 'stole' money by manipulating me to spend money to do certain things that were not going to happen. Although Tammy is not the cheapest out lawyer in the Miami area, I believe she is money well spent! She is very easy to get a hold of (v...ia email) which I actually prefer, as I can have record of every conversation and can go back and re-read, etc. She is very straightforward and unlike a lot of attorneys, she tells it like it is, regardless of whether or not it will make you happy/unhappy. My husband and I had a tough case, but that didn't stop Tammy! I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend her and her associate Anabel.

Retained by my employer first for my H1B and then for Labor Certification process and subsequent green card application. Dealing with Tammy was a very good experience. I had been in the U.S. for a great deal of time unlawfully, while my asylum application was pending. My wife obtained her residence through employment and I had to leave the country to get my immigrant visa. Tammy explained to me exactly what would happe...n and that I would be delayed at the consulate at least 6 months. When the Consulate wasn't responsive, she didn't give up. She stayed on top of my case and I never felt stranded though I was alone, without my wife, in a country far away. I did get my visa and returned to the U.S. thanks to Tammy. Dealing with her restored my confidence in the legal profession. She is honest and tells you the way it really is, even if you don't like it, you can't fault her for that. It is refreshing.

She is the best attorney I have ever worked with. There was no b.s. She didn't try to "steal" my money-she told me the way it is and that was the way it was. She was honest almost to a fault. She charges extra for personal apperances (by the hour), and tells you what to expect in terms of personal a...ppearances (how many will be required). She explained that there are a number of immigration offices all around Miami and that if a non-court personal appearance is scheduled, she or one of her partners or associates would handle it, depending on who was assigned to cover whatever office that day. She even took the time to explain that the only reason that someone would not be with me is if they had a car accident on the way to the interview. Ironically, she told me that had just happened with one of her clients. Whenever I had a question, she got back to me almost instantly. Yes, often in all caps, but I was grateful for the rapid response. I would highly recommend her. I knew that I was in good hands throughout my process.
