I tried to do my immigration process myself and it backfired. The immigration officer thought my marriage to my husband was fraudulent and made negative statements regarding my sexual proclivity. The officer interviewed us separately and after hours came up with slight differences on 10 questions. M...y husband and I received a letter stating that our petition was going to be denied. We went to Tammy. Tammy looked at our answers and the questions and sat down with us and we explained why we answered differently. All of our discrepancies were easily dealt with by her and after her detailed response, my residence was approved. She worked fast and was awesome

I was in removal proceedings and scared out of my mind. When I met Tammy, she told me what I needed to provide to her, and took over my case (including my worries). Responsive is an understatement. She answered all my questions (by email), in real time, including on weekends. She saved my life, was h...onest and responsive, and really knows her stuff. I can't recommend her enough.

She is the best attorney I have ever worked with. There was no b.s. She didn't try to "steal" my money-she told me the way it is and that was the way it was. She was honest almost to a fault. She charges extra for personal apperances (by the hour), and tells you what to expect in terms of personal a...ppearances (how many will be required). She explained that there are a number of immigration offices all around Miami and that if a non-court personal appearance is scheduled, she or one of her partners or associates would handle it, depending on who was assigned to cover whatever office that day. She even took the time to explain that the only reason that someone would not be with me is if they had a car accident on the way to the interview. Ironically, she told me that had just happened with one of her clients. Whenever I had a question, she got back to me almost instantly. Yes, often in all caps, but I was grateful for the rapid response. I would highly recommend her. I knew that I was in good hands throughout my process.
