Samira Ghazal

I called the office of Samira Ghazal to be advised. Her assistant first and then herself, attentively listened to my case, asked me about the details, and very professionally indicated what I had to consider for the best outcome of my problem. Samira Ghazal told me that I did not need to hire her at ...this point of the situation, just to follow her advise. I was not charged at all. I would definitely recommend her and I am planning to hire her for the next stage of my situation.

I had a situation where I needed an attorney and seeing the good reviews for Samira Ghazal's practice, I decided to contact her practice but never consulted with the attorney just because... For my surprise, I spoke to a receptionist that was extremely dry, uninterested like if I was disturbing her,... with a strange name that, despite of not understanding her name twice, she would still say it very quickly and not care to spell her name to make it easier for me to understand. With all her little case and dryness, she told me that Mrs. Ghazal would call me that day or the following day. I didn't hear from her the same day and even less the next day when I called again at 3:00pm and spoke to the same dryness from before, who told me that Mrs. Ghazal was going to call me a little later. Again... I heard nothing from anyone. Nor even a courtesy call to let me know that for some reason she couldn't call me. Then I called back after 5pm and left a message. Useless!!! Now, the third day at noon I called back again and complained to the dry receptionist that I didn't hear from the attorney and that for me it was an emergency. Speaking over me at all times, she would never let me finish what I was saying being so rude like I didn't expect, surprised that I was talking to an attorney's office and being treated so poorly. She then told me that Mrs. Ghazal could only return my call on tuesday (today is friday). Of course I told her not to bother because I lost all interest to become their client. I do not recommend Mrs. Samira Ghazal practice to anyone. When one needs an attorney it is important. And even more important, is a considerate professional to have assistance from. And I am really surprised she’s got so good reviews saying that she is exactly the opposite of what her practice transpired to me. It seems to me that her line of business is to surprise people.
