Ruben Conitzer

Ruben Conitzer’s practice focuses primarily on corporate and real property law. I represent issuers and investors in a wide range of transactions that affect the capital structure of small to mid size companies. 

Previously, Ruben Conitzer was a member of the corporate tax department at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ National Office in Washington, D.C., where he represented both public and private companies with respect to the federal tax aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, consolidations, spin-offs, and other corporate transactions. In private law practice, Ruben has experience representing investment funds, companies and family offices on a wide range of financial transactions. He served as judicial intern to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. In conjunction with the Tax Section of the Florida Bar, Ruben submitted comments to the Internal Revenue Service regarding proposed Treasury regulations relating to the newly enacted net investment income tax.
