Ross D. Kulberg is a Partner with KHL LAW and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Banking Practice Group. With nearly two decades of transactional experience, Ross brings deep legal knowledge, strategic insight, and seamless closing capabilities to every deal.

Rather than simply showing up at the closing table, he gets involved from the very first conversation - structuring the transaction, identifying risk early, and building a strategy tailored to each client’s specific goals. Based in Miami, he routinely handles transactions throughout the State of Florida. He represents buyers, sellers, investors, developers, lenders, and businesses across all types of real estate transactions, including commercial acquisitions, residential purchases, multifamily investments, land development, commercial leasing, financing, and business transactions. Ross regularly advises local, national, and international clients ranging from individual property owners to large institutional players.

As an authorized title agent, Ross and his team issue title insurance policies through First American, Old Republic, and Fidelity National Title. For buyers and investors, having their attorney manage the title process means every aspect of the transaction is protected by the same experienced hands. Known as a deal maker, Ross finds creative solutions when obstacles arise and brings parties together to get transactions closed. Exceeding client expectations isn’t a goal, it’s a standard.

Ross earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
