Nicholas G. Rossoletti, Esquire- Head of Litigation/Managing Partner-Miami Office
Mr. Nicholas G. Rossoletti has been practicing law in South Florida since 2008. Nick, as he is known by his friends, family and clients, was born in New York and moved with his family to Coral Springs, Florida in 1992. Nick graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a degree in telecommunications operations and went directly from Gainesville to Miami to attend law school at the University of Miami.
Upon graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, Nick begin practicing law and has lived and worked in Miami and the surrounding areas. He has been a proud resident of Brickell since 2009. In 2019, Nick married his beloved wife, Suzane, and they make their home in Miami to this day.
Nick's practice primarily focuses on real estate transactions, real estate litigation, business formation, business litigation and bankruptcy. He prides himself on providing clients with creative and innovative services to meet their legal needs. Nick has served as a board member of the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida and is licensed to practice in Florida and in federal court in Puerto Rico.
