Stephanie Granda, Esq. is a top BBB A-rated attorney in Miami, Florida who specializes in family and real estate law. Since graduating from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2006, Stephanie has built a reputation founded on creating reasonable expectations for her clients. In each case she has handled over the years, her clients’ needs have come first. When taking on new clients, her primary objective is to reach a resolution before the case reaches the point of litigation, especially when children are involved. She is a Florida Supreme Court Mediator certified to handle pre-suit mediations between parties wishing to resolve their family disputes amicably. However, even though she would rather avoid the excessive legal fees of litigation for her clients, she is a staunch ally to have during a trial. Stephanie decided to practice family law because helping people is her passion. If asked what her philosophy is in life, she would say “honesty is the best policy.”
In 2007, Stephanie became a member of the Old Republic National Title Insurance Company to better serve her real estate clients. In addition to handling real estate closings for companies such as EWM Realtor, Coldwell Bankers, and Keller Williams, she also applies herself to the financial side of real estate, connecting clients with banks to help them find the best programs for their purchases. Stephanie guides her real estate clients through the transaction from the initial contract stage to document signing at closing.
Throughout the years, Stephanie has received numerous accolades, including Stanford’s Who’s Who 2009-2010 and 2011-2012, Latin American Who’s Who in 2011, Rising Stars in 2012, 2013 and 2014, Top 100 Lawyers in America in 2014, Top Best Family Attorney in 2016, and Top 10 Best Law Firms 2017-2018. Most recently, she was nominated for Women Lawyers 2018.
Stephanie is bilingual, which allows her to help clients who speak Spanish and English, a crucial skill to have in the Miami area.

Granda and Assoc are nothing short of exceptional. Being in a custody case for over 13 years, I could not find an attorney who took the time and commitment to actually "learn" my case and understand what my children and I had been going through for so long. Those other attorneys did not take 5 minute...
