Mark Joseph Neuberger

Mark J. Neuberger is of counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. His practice involves the representation of management in many areas of employment law including providing general labor and employment guidance to clients.

Mr. Neuberger represents employers in many forms of employment litigation before administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and National Labor Relations Board, and arbitration tribunals, as well as state and federal trial appellate courts. He has extensive experience working with labor and employment law, workers’ and executive compensation, ERISA litigation, labor relations, human resources and employee relations issues, wage payment and Fair Labor Standards Act matters.

Prior to becoming an attorney in 1987, he worked for 10 years in the Human Resource department of a Fortune 100 corporation. Mr. Neuberger is a frequent speaker and trainer on various labor and employment-related topics. Clients frequently utilize his practical experiences by retaining him to conduct in-house management training on a variety of employment-related topics.
