Joshua Todd Jacobson

 Josh Jacobson is Gunster shareholder who joined the firm in 2008.  Mr. Jacobson’s practice focuses on banking and asset-based finance transactions, and he represents lenders and borrowers in all aspects of structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing complex credit transactions, insuring that the business goals of the client are accurately reflected in the relevant agreements.  Mr. Jacobson has represented banks, other institutional lenders, borrowers, issuers and participants in connection with finance transactions in a wide variety of industries, including the representation of parties in transactions involving asset-based loans, acquisition financings, syndicated secured loans, standby and trade letters of credit, high-yield debt offerings, asset securitization, structured trade and commodity finance.  Mr. Jacobson’s practice also includes representing companies with general corporate governance and transactional matters. Prior to joining Gunster, Mr. Jacobson was a corporate finance attorney in New York, New York for over eight years.  Mr. Jacobson is a native South Florida native who grew up in Hollywood, Florida.
