I know not all situations are the same but in ours Ms. Felipe was extremely efficient and got the ball rolling immediately. In addition, gave us advised on how to proceed. We had an issue with a vendor where contracts were signed but some details were left out at that moment. I soon realized we had... made a mistake with this vendor and asked to withdraw from the contract as they were not forthcoming with all their fees. The vendor stated “what’s done is done and we cannot stop anything from going through”. There was obviously a substantial amount of money involved and decided to contact our attorney Ms. Felipe. We immediately contacted Ms. Felipe which gave us specific instructions on how to approach this situation. Bottom line without too many details Ms. Felipe hit the ground running and within a 7-10 days (don’t recall the exact number) we got a call that all agreements would be rescinded. We (my wife and I) were not surprised as this is not the first time we hire Ms. Felipe. However, we are always impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication to the most miNUTE detail in every case we have hired Ms. Felipe. Basically whenever we have an issue she’s there.
