David Scott Auslander

A car hit me and had ten thousand in insurance. David got the company to pay me two hundred thousand dollars. Someting called bad faith. All my bills got paid. I thank him every day.

David is handling my car crash. He took his family to europe. I called his office with a question and they emailed him. He emailed me back from Swissland! He really cares for his clients...I tell many people to use him.

Our child was killed in our condo complex. The lady that hit her had no insurance. David figured out to sue the complex saying they had bad crosswalks and no signs about children at play. He settled and helped our family a lot.

My boyfriend David was killed while he was riding a bicycle and hit by a truck. The truck had a big insurance policy but I wasn't married to David. Somehow, he still got my case settled.

My child was badly burned in a firee. David took the case, found we could sue the landlord, and got enough money to take care of my child for life. We can never thank him enough.
