David Scott Auslander

I'm a faculty member at Miami's leading medical school, and was sued by the family of a child who died at our hospital. The university hired a team of lawyers to represent me, but much of what they said seemed to make little sense. I was referred to David by a colleague. He patiently explained eve...rything to me, in non legalese, and then agreed to be a liason with the hired firm. He ended up directing them on how to best defend the case, and we won, on summary judgment. When I asked him to bill me, David refused -- he was happy to help. (He has done very well financially, and really doesn't need the money any more). I made a charitable donation in his honor, and can't thank him enough. Anyone who hires him to represent them joins a privileged club that I am now proud to be a part of.

My cousin Maria told me to call David after I was in a car crash. I was hurt. David got me all the insurance money there was, and didn't charge a fee even though I signed a contract that said I would pay. The fee was more than three thousand $. He said he would charge if he got a bigger cash and ...I could have gotten the money with no lawyer. He told me to give some of the fee money to charity. I never heard of any lawyer doing this. He is very sucesful and doesnt need money but still. My family and I bless him for this.
